Item description
The joy is in the journey.
A deep immersion in healing sound to calm the mind, release tension and restore balance is within reach.
“My purpose is to create a safe and nurturing space where people can expand, breathe deeply, and release the weight of the outside world — and to help create a community where people feel seen, heard, accepted, loved, and respected.”

A sound journey is an invitation to pause, rest, and be immersed in waves of soothing sound and gentle vibration. Using therapeutic instruments such as Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the space fills with layers of resonant frequencies that you hear with your ears and may also feel throughout your body. As the vibrations unfold, many people naturally notice their breathing slow, their muscles soften, and their mind grow quiet. It is a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and allow your nervous system to settle toward ease, balance, and renewal.
-
The goal of each sound journey is to offer a peaceful space where you can pause, breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and refreshed.
-
No experience is necessary. Whether this is your first sound journey or you have attended many, you are welcome. There is nothing you need to know, practice, or do. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive the experience.
-
You will settle in lying down or seated, whatever feels most comfortable for you. You will be guided into relaxation through sounds and vibrations. There is nothing you need to analyze or accomplish. This is simply your time to rest.
-
That is completely normal. There is nothing to force. Allow the sounds and vibrations to gently hold your attention, and let your experience unfold in whatever way feels natural for you.
-
You might, and that is perfectly okay. Some people drift in and out of sleep, while others remain fully aware. There is no right way to experience a sound journey.
-
Please listen to your body. You are welcome to quietly adjust your position, stretch, sit up, or make yourself more comfortable at any time during the experience.
-
The instruments are played with care and may range from very gentle sounds to fuller, more resonant moments. If you are sensitive to sound, please let me know before we begin so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible.
-
No particular belief or spiritual practice is required. A sound journey is offered as a welcoming wellness experience and an opportunity to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
-
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you relax, such as a favorite blanket or small pillow. Yoga mats and eye masks are provided. Dressing in comfortable layers is also a good idea.
-
Most people are most comfortable when they are neither very hungry nor overly full. A light meal or snack beforehand can be a nice choice. Drinking alcohol beforehand is not recommended.
-
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. Out of care for the group experience, doors may close once the sound journey begins.
-
Please silence phones, smartwatches, and other devices before the session begins. This helps protect the quiet, restful space for everyone.
-
Your comfort matters. You are welcome to use extra cushions, bolsters, or another supportive setup makes you comfortable. There are also a few zero gravity chairs available.
